Commotive Property Ltd and Commotive Trading Ltd are commited in developing, managing and letting property in Engeland and Wales. We are constantly looking for interesting opportunities to invest in single family homes, flats, apartments, HMO's and commercial conversions. But we cannot (always) do that on our own. First of all we need many partners like sourcers, agents, solicitors, project managers and contractors. But we may also need partners with specific knowledge in markets or areas where we are new. Or we need more funds to be able to start the project we feel is very interesting.
