Investment opportunities

Commotive offers you the possibillity to invest with us. We invest mainly in:

• Single family homes
• Apartments and flats
• Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO)
• Mixed commercial/residential property

We invest in Wales and and England. Currently focussing on South-Wales and the North-East of England (Liverpool/Manchester). But we are always looking for the next best strategy.

Our average return on investment is more than 10%. The average purchase price of our properties ranges between £50,000 and £100,000 (per unit) and the average refurb or renovation project is about £25,000. Our strategy is to focus on properties with multiple units (studios, flats, HMO). Projects of mutliple units currently go up to £600,000.

If you want to invest with us we offer you at least 6% net return. Investments may start as low as £10,000. We are open for joint ventures and cooperation.

Green World Property Group

Since 2020 we have embedded our investment projects in the Green World Property Group. Since Edwin Jansen and I started our joint venture we have added more than 30 properties to our portfolio. With the Green World Property Group we also invest a part of our own net profit into buying and preserving land. Thus also giving back to our future earth.
